This page will give you a brief description of us and our history

WHO ARE WE?

We are Adisham Nomads FC, a football team from the the small village of Adisham just outside Canterbury, Kent.

We are in Division 3 of the Herne Bay & Whitstable Football League.

We play our home games at Wingham FC's ground.

Our Chairman is Edwin Blackman, the Manager is Chris James, Terry Blackman is the Club Captain and I, Spencer Golding, am the Club Secretary, Treasurer and the editor of this web site.

We are currently sponsored by The Bulls Head Pub in the village.

Our History

We have been running under the current management for the past seven years. We evolved from just Adisham FC. The "Nomads" was added when we were forced to give up our pitch in the village.

Five seasons ago we found ourselves in the final of the Derek Hawkes Shield where we were sadly beaten 5 - 1.

2 seasons ago we were promoted from Division 4 after finishing in second place on goal difference behind Waterfront FC.
